Tanco Resorts Berhad (“TRB”) was incorporated in Malaysia and is a subsidiary of Tanco Holdings Berhad, a public listed company listed on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange. A pioneer in the local timesharing industry with its introduction of a vacation ownership scheme known as the Duta Vista Vacation Ownership Scheme on April 19, 1993.
October 18,1997 marked a very important date for TRB as the leader in the vacation ownership industry with the introduction of an innovative product – The Vacation SuperClub (“VSC”).
With the success of VSC, TRB was approached by the owner and operator of Le Village Resort (now known as Duta Village Beach Resort) to market the resort under a vacation ownership scheme known as Vacation WorldClub (“VWC”) at the end of 1998.

In 1998 & 1999, TRB held the record of having the highest enrolment of members into RCI, an international vacation exchange company (outside USA). TRB has a proven track record and competitive edge over other vacation ownership operators with the capability to become a world class timeshare operator.
