Recos core business is manufacturing of Polyurethane Foam. We manufacture a wide range of density foam for the domestic and overseas market. Our foam is used in the Furniture, Bedding, Automotive, Electronic Packaging industry. To meet the demand of these industries, foams of various densities durability and tensile strength are our core product. Our main customers base are the Furniture Manufacturer. About 80% of our foam are sold to furniture manufacturers; 20% are used by the bedding, automative and packaging industries. Apart from the foam that are widely used in the local market, we also manufacture a range of specialized foam for the US and European market.
Products & Services
Recos core business is the manufacture of Polyurethane Foam. Our Polyurethane foam contains many different chemicals. The two basic major component are Poly Functional Alcohols (Polyol) and Toluene Di-isocyanate (TDI). Through a process of chemical reaction polyurethane foam is foamed. Polyol and TDI. chemicals constitute over 80% of our raw material. Polyol and TDI and various others chemical are mixed in a "Formulation" to produce better properties to the foam. CACO3 constitute 10% of the finished foam. Polyol and TDI are produce by multinational companies like Shell, Dow Chemical, Basf and Bayer. Asian companies such as Mitsui and Asahi are also producers.
