Johor Specialist Hospital (JSH) opened its doors to the public in May 1981, as the first private hospital in Johor. Located on a 5-acre site off Jalan Abdul Samad Johor Bahru, JSH has a commanding view of the lush sculptured surroundings of Radio Television Malaysia, Johor Bahru.

1.Extracorporeal Shockwave Lithotripsy (ESWL) is a procedure for 'blasting' kidney stones using ultrasound waves. A non-invasive out-patient procedure, it is quite pain-free and patients do not require any anaesthesia.
2.Our demanding life-style with its high-stress level, imbalanced diet and lack of exercise is a major contributing factor to the rise in heart diseases among Malaysians. To attend to the increasing need for medical treatment of cardiac diseases, JSH is able to offer you our cardiac diagnostic and treatment services.
3.The Oncology Centre in Johor Specialist Hospital started its operations in mid November 1999, providing continuing care for cancer treatment as well as palliative care. Currently, it also provides, among others, chemotherapy treatment, radioiodine therapy for thyroid and thyrotoxicosis, chemoport implantation and counselling for cancer patients and relatives.
