Aerofoam produces sleep bedding products which include Latex mattresses, pillows, cushions and toppers. It was founded by Mr. Choo Fook Yen in 1969, the current Managing Director of Aerofoam. The company started making latex mattresses and other latex bedding products since its inception and added another factory in the early 1980s , making spring mattresses. Since then, the name of "Aerofoam" has grown in popularity. With the lead of its Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Florence Choo, the company has grown from strength to strength. The family of Aerofoam consists of 130 members. Aerofoam exports 80% of its total output overseas.

Every year, Aerofoam invests substantial amount of money towards Research and Developments and Process Improvements; making it one of the top producers of mattresses, pillows, toppers and cushions in Malaysia.. In recognition of its outstanding quality products, Aerofoam's Natural Latex Mattresses are certified to the standard of SIRIM MS679:1999, year after year.
All natural latex products carry the brand "mylatex" to distinguish their unique quality from other manufacturers. mylatex products are made in Malaysia using supreme Malaysian Latex. The products have also been tested and passed the stringent quality requirements of LGA and ECO institutes, Germany.
